About Alliant International University
Alliant International University was formed in 2001 when US International
University (an institution that US News and World Report has ranked the
nation's most diverse doctoral university since 1994) combined with
the California School of Professional Psychology, the largest free-standing
graduate school of psychology in California.
Although AIU is a new university, it has thousands of alumni, six California
locations, and runs international programs in Mexico City and Japan. AIU
also runs on-line programs for adults across the nation. It has 3854
students on campuses in the Americas, and 94 percent of them are doctoral
students. AIU students have come from more than 90 different countries.
