Reserve & Collect in 6 easy steps
CHECK your item qualifies: you can use this
service when you see
Reserve & Collect next to the item on the search
results page or a purple Reserve & Collect symbol with a tick on the product
page
CLICK
ADD TO BASKET
for your chosen item and then select the Reserve & Collect option
VIEW which stores have your item available by entering
a postcode or town name
CHOOSE your preferred store
ENTER your name and telephone number and, if you
would like a confirmation email, your email address
COLLECT by the end of the next trading day using
your confirmation number
