Town of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Mansfield is located in Nottinghamshire and is the main town in the Mansfield
local government district. It is served by the Robin Hood Line which connects
the town with Nottingham and Worksop. Mansfield is easily accessible from the
country's motorway network - from junctions 27, 28 and 29 of the M1 - plus the
A1, which runs past nearby Newark and Worksop. Other main routes into the town
include the A38 from the West Midlands, the A617 from the east and the A60 from
the north and Nottingham in the south.
