Folkestone is a resort town in Kent, England. Folkestone is located at the
eastern end of the M20 which provides fast access to Ashford, Maidstone, London
and the M25.
High speed commuter services are planned to operate from Dover, Folkestone
and Ashford to London in 2009 using the High Speed Rail Link. New trains are to
run from Kent on the Channel Tunnel rail link to a new Eurostar terminus at St
Pancras station in central London.
There are two railway stations serving the town: Folkestone West and
Folkestone Central.
